Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plan, schedule, and coordinate concrete construction projects from inception to completion. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and provide guidance to construction crews and subcontractors, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Quality Control : Oversee concrete pouring and finishing processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to minimize on-site accidents and promote a safe work environment.
• Resource Management : Efficiently manage construction materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with stakeholders to find viable solutions.

Requirements :
