Externship Responsibilities :
- Complete your degree externship requirement with an unforgettable experience at the 2024 Indiana State Fair.
- Train for thr grand opening in August and work through the bustling state fair season.
- Continue your experiential field opportunity and contribute to the success of the property's largest free-standing concession.
- Gain hands-on experience in the dairy industry through the preparation of dairy foods, sanitation,, marketing, and customer service through this first-of-its-kind externship with the American Dairy Association Indiana (ADAI).

Externship Timeline :
- Training intervals in June and July (hours TBD)
- Fair Hours : 48 hours / week (August 2 - August 18, closed on Mondays)
- Concludes : August 19, 2024
Experience :
- HOSP 280 Externship Requirement. Must be enrolled in Summer HOSP 280 class while training for the opening day of the Indiana State Fair.

$20.00 per hour
