Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the dispatching of service technicians to various job sites, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Coordinate multiple client accounts, maintaining high service and client satisfaction.
- Lead the service dispatch team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and response times.
- Handle emergency service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service coordination and dispatching within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and leading a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local to Orange County, with a stable work history.
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and the commercial mechanical industry.
- Experience with service management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and problem-solving.
