CNC Programmer

An innovative and dynamic aerospace company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining
• Proficiency in NX software; experience with SolidWorks and CAMWorks is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of machine, tool, fixture, work-holding, and die design
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with the operations team
• ITAR compliance required (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
• Program and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis mills, lathes, and Swiss lathes
• Oversee and ensure precision in machining processes and tool designs

Salary : $31.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers comprehensive benefits including three medical plans (with high-deductible options and HSA contributions up to $900), two dental plans (including a high plan with orthodontic coverage), vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, PTO, 10-12 paid holidays, 401(k) with 50% match of the first 6%, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and 8 hours of volunteer time off.
