Exciting Opportunity : Staff Project Controls Specialist Position Available!
Job Summary :
As a Staff Project Controls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading project control processes to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and schedule.
Your responsibilities will include project set-up, data analysis, scheduling, cost control, and interfacing with project teams and stakeholders.

Top Responsibilities :
- Lead project control processes to execute project deliverables within budget and schedule
- Ensure project set-up in Enterprise Planning & Controls software
- Analyze data, run reports, and develop effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
- Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team
- Support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) and perform scheduled what-if scenarios
- Assist with Project Forensic Analysis and perform quality checks on project control deliverables
Top Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Maximo, PowerPlan, and Oracle APEX
- Strong understanding of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, and forecasting
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 3 years of direct project control experience required
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification
