Your role in creating remarkable experiences : As a Supervisor at Dash In, you'll play a key role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests while supporting your team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities :

• Team leadership & development : Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure your team delivers outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Guest engagement : Proactively engage with guests, addressing questions and concerns while supporting associates in maintaining a "no wait" experience.
• Operational efficiency : Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness standards to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Dash In's exceptional quality and safety standards.
• Inventory & task management : Communicate effectively with management regarding ordering and inventory needs, and complete assigned tasks as directed by leadership.
• Problem solving & service excellence : Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent people skills.
• Champion standards : Uphold Dash In's commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of the store's operations.
