General Statement :
Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs duties in directing the work efforts of assigned staff and day-to-day operations of the program staff tasks;
performs related work as required.

Bachelors in Social Work
Michigan Bachelor’s Level Social Worker (LBSW) credential
Two (2) years experience working with adults with mental illness, substance use, and / or developmental disabilities AND one (1) year experience managing a caseload directly providing case management and / or supports coordination services.
Bachelors in Human Services Field (or a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development / Family Relations, Occupational Therapy, Community Mental Health, Chemical Dependence, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling or Education).
Michigan Bachelor’s Level Social Worker (LBSW) credential
Three (3) years experience working with children, adults, and families with mental illness, substance use, and / or developmental disabilities AND one (1) year experience managing a caseload directly providing case management and / or supports coordination services.
Additional Requirements :
Ability to obtain and maintain MDHHS credentials as a Child Mental Health Professional and Qualified Intellectual / Developmental Disability Professional (QIDP).
Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.
Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and the use of personal vehicle during work hours;
willing to transport consumers. Employee must maintain valid licensure to retain employment.
Ability to physically perform the tasks.
Ability to provide supervisory coverage as needed.
