Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and resolve claims for Veterans' Affairs, ChampVA, and TricareFile correct UB04's and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information for paymentConduct timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and maintain proper account documentationRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of experience in a professional office environment;
health insurance billing preferredExperience handling a large volume of phone calls to collect informationAbility to work in Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zoneMust reside in specified states within the United States
