Job Summary :
- Position : Production Laborer
- Pay : $17-19 / hour (based on experience and work history)
- Schedule : Monday Friday 7 AM 5 PM (45+ hours per week)
- Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities :
- Bend and manipulate sheet metal as per production requirements.
- Safely lift and move sheet metal weighing up to 40-50 pounds.
- Perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Utilize basic mechanical skills to operate machinery and tools effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
