Job Tasks :
The specific tasks assigned to a Dragonfly may vary each shift, but they generally involve the following responsibilities :
- Running Drinks : Delivering beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Running Food : Ensuring food orders are efficiently and accurately brought to guests.
- Bussing Tables : Clearing and cleaning tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Seating Guests : Assisting in seating guests, providing menus, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
- Guest Interaction : Engaging with guests, answering questions, and providing assistance as needed.
- Assisting with Takeout Orders : Helping guests with their takeout orders and ensuring they have everything they need.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Previous Restaurant Experience : While not required, previous restaurant experience is encouraged.
- Trained in bartaco Service and Hospitality : The team member should be familiar with and able to demonstrate the trained bartaco steps of service according to bartaco standards.
- Physical Ability : The Dragonfly should be capable of carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Genuine Hospitality and Kindness : Displaying genuine hospitality, kindness, and a welcoming attitude towards every guest at bartaco.
