Job Description
What you will bedoing :
- Provide legal servicesrelated to estate planning trusts and estates probate and estateadministration / settlement.
- Assist withsuccession planning.
- Engage in handsontraining and mentorship.
- Collaborate andintegrate within the community to aid in professionaldevelopment.
Experience you willneed :
- Knowledge of estate planningand trusts and estates.
- Experience in probateand estate administration.
- Understanding ofsuccession planning.
- Ability to work and adaptin a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizationalskills.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years ofprivate practice experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD)degree and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Experience in accounting and business is aplus.
