About The Role :
Title : Sales Director
Reports to : President
Location : Overland Park, KS Office based or Hybrid
Status : Exempt, Full Time
Compensation : Annual salary based on experience with incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Responsibilities :
The Sales Director will develop and implement the sales strategy and oversee sales-related operations to acquire new clients and retain existing client revenues.
This role will work closely with the Division President, Growth and Strategy Vice President, Product and Analytics Vice President, and operational business unit leaders to achieve sales and revenue goals assigned products and services for the division.
Supervisory Responsibilities :

Accountabilities :
Accountable for meeting and / or exceeding assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas and
building net new revenue
- Responsible for rigorous prospecting activities in a long cycle sales model
- Translate complex customer business challenges and service offerings into clear and concise value
statements
Manage and monitor individual sales funnel activity against assigned quotas and bring about
pipeline activity.
- Need to be adaptive, with good problem-solving skills and have an executive presence.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, self-disciplined, goal oriented, and provide prompt follow-up
- Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results.
- Maintains industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and trade events.
- Support leadership team by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account research and product
information
Individual will not be responsible for post-sale account management but will support operations in
client renewals and retention.
Education & Work Experience :
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in a successful sales role preferred. In lieu of
degree, will consider candidates with over 10 years of applicable experience.
- Direct experience working with health insurance payers and Third-Party Administrators (TPA).
- Understanding of Business Process Optimization (BPO) for healthcare claims processing and call
center service lines.
- Understanding of healthcare provider networks.
- Experience selling analytical and technical services in a healthcare environment.
