You Will Be Responsible For Planned Giving Marketing Assets
- Develop, update, and distribute planed giving related digital content and assets Manage annual review of existing Planned Giving publications Collaborate with Global Communications and Planned Giving to develop digital assets to support Foundation communications Develop strategic, promotional marketing pieces highlighting Rotary’s Promise Club program and our Legacy Society
- Create supportive marketing materials accessible to Rotary members on a global scale. This can include materials such as PowerPoints, learning topics, and promotional graphics regarding our Endowment, Donor Advised Fund, Bequests, and Retirement Assets.
Creating strategic Planned Giving communications
- Develop and distribute global philanthropic communications to encourage giving to our Endowment, leaving a Bequest, and using Retirement Assets to support our Foundation.
- Prepare stewardship communications to engage donors supporting our Endowment and members of Rotary’s Promise Clubs.
- Identify innovative ways to promote giving to our Endowment
Perform analysis of completed communications
- Review results of each communication campaign and perform a thorough analysis of its results including both financial and engagement performance to inform future versions
- Track results in team communications calendar
- Must be able identify key data trends and use data visualization techniques to present communication results to key stakeholders
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Planned Giving content
- Work closely with the Donor Engagement Manager and Planned Giving subject matter expert(s) to accurately promote emergent goals to collaborate with our Global Communications colleagues for multiple publications and digital content opportunities.
- Support Planned Giving in distributing three evergreen pieces annually
