Project Manager (Federal Clients) supports clients in large, complex justice grants programs. They have 8-10 years of experience in project management in relation to research and planning, data analytics and information management, enterprise risk management, and other data-related tasks.
They have experience in full lifecycle project management for large, complex data programs and leading teams. Working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration is required.
Project Managers are Project Leaders that have experience structuring workstreams, leading consultants and technologists, and providing consulting, strategy, and strategic communications for the federal government.

Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall task order performance and that submitted deliverables are accurate, timely, and of high quality
- Work with client leadership at critical points during the workflow process to make sure all milestones and deliverables are being met and / or produced in a timely and high-quality fashion
- Oversee directly or delegate tasks relating to research and planning, data analytics and information management, document development and review, enterprise risk management, and other mission-related tasks.
They may be expected to participate in the completion of assigned tasks in these areas on an as-needed basis
- Be the point of contact to the client regarding the status of specific day-to-day activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution
- Apply consulting and management methods to structure and deliver complex projects
- Work with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to develop technical solutions to solve business problems
- Assess current environment and recommend future products, tools, infrastructures, innovations, and designs that will meet client needs and resources.
- Manage and control quality and administrative aspects of task areas to align with contract requirements
- Deliver outstanding client service and act as a trusted adviser on organizational capability-building and change initiatives
- Lead initiatives to implement company strategy, grow new business, and develop our capabilities
- Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
Required Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience (or 10 years with a bachelor's degree) in planning, conducting, and participating in the facets of performance requirements
- Demonstrated ability in independently initiating, leading, and managing large, complex support services projects
- Proven ability and success leading and managing multiple simultaneous projects and a staff of senior-level personnel to meet strategic goals
- Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle project management including project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and estimating and monitoring costs
- Direct experience on Federal government projects and in complex environments
- Experience managing all aspects of a consulting project including client satisfaction, scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement with formal project management processes, methods, and tools
- Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic and mission-critical environment and proven skills in developing strong client relationships
- Ability to integrate efforts across projects and workstreams to achieve client goals in a dynamic environment with demanding stakeholders
- Desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where candidates work directly with senior-level clients and contribute to company growth through new business and strategic initiatives
- Strong interest in Justice missions and a passion for excellent client satisfaction and collaborating and developing others
- Ability to lead a team in a hybrid environment and work on site with the client
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired for candidates with a master's degree, and required for candidates with a bachelor's degree
- Clearance : US Citizenship required (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Education : Master's degree in Public Policy or Project or Program Management, or a related discipline or bachelor's degree in technology or consulting or a related field
