Mammitas Coffee in Iowa City, IA is looking for one baker / cook to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 224 S Linn St.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the standard of ingredients
- Opening in the morning or work late to produce baked goods for delivery or sale during business hours.
- Preparing the ovens and equipment
- Setup and stock work station with all necessary supplies
- Clean and sanitize working stations
- Measuring and weighing wet and dry ingredients
- Using mixers to blend the ingredients
- Following procedures for dough rising and resting
- Kneading and shaping the dough
- Baking items in ovens and setting timers
- Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods
- Packaging and arranging baked goods for shop opening

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Tuesdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00 / hour.
