PCT onboarding and oversight; skills development and competency management of the clinical support services staff (PCT, CCMA, CMA) across Union Health (including acute care and ambulatory settings) Orientation of new employees Competency management Ongoing development of education based on organization and department needs Support in achievement of unit and organizational goals Professional Development Displays leadership qualities to guide, coach, and mentor nursing excellence and positive patient experience.
Encourages and guides participation in the Professional Advancement of Clinical Excellence programs (career ladder) Qualification / License / Certification : Current IN RN license MSN preferred, will accept BSN working towards MSN (MSN required within 3 years of hire) Specialty certification in clinical concentration or nursing professional development preferred Minimum of three (3) years of successful clinical experience in acute care and / or medical office practice.
