This posting is for the January 2025 cohort for recent graduates or individuals with less than 6 months of experience. Interested candidates should include a cover letter indicating their preferred unit and highlighting their Capstone, clinical, and / or work experience.

Position Summary :
Work within the nursing process to provide direct nursing care to patients across various age groups. Collaborate with the healthcare team, implement individualized care plans, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Detailed responsibilities :
- Deliver safe, direct care to assigned patients, under the supervision of an RN Preceptor
- Administer medication, including IV medication, and document and communicate clinical findings
- Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients / families in accordance with hospital standards
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and other activities
- Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols
Qualifications :
- Program Graduate with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate with no minimum experience required
- CPR for Healthcare / BLS certification and NM Board of Nursing Graduate Permit or RN License
