Weverse America is looking for a dedicated Business Operations Project Manager who will lead and coordinate business operations projects relating to artist success on the Weverse platform.

This role is tasked with conducting the full range of project duties from inception to fulfillment, in line with our overarching business objectives.

This role will directly report to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Drive cross-functional teams towards project goals and objectives
• Analyze data to monitor project progress, identify, and manage potential risks
• Ensure projects are aligned with overall business objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, as well as develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records

Qualifications :

• Ability to speak and write in Korean fluently
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
• 7-10 years in relevant Project Management / Business Operations, preferably in the entertainment or music industry
• Ability to analyze and convert large volumes of data into a digestible narrative
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Self-starter, ability to lead projects either with a team or independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary Range Expectations :

$120k - $150k

The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs.

Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.

Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc.

consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
