Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pricing and Renewals Specialist. Client and revenue retention is critical to the long-term viability of our business.
You will be responsible for managing all renewal, early termination, and contract-related conversations with our Wealth Management clients utilizing the Black Diamond Wealth Platform.
Your primary goal will be to ensure high retention rates with revenue maximization and client satisfaction.

What Will You Get to Do :
Black Diamond Contract Renewals oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Client Relationship Management develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of client firms to demonstrate an understanding of their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Retention Strategies implement strategies to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue with proactive engagement and personalized renewal proposals.
Early Termination Negotiations manage the communications and negotiations with clients for early termination of existing Black Diamond contracts while seeking the best potential outcome for retention or revenue.
Up-selling / Cross-selling identify opportunities for additional revenue from other SS&C products and services to existing Black Diamond clients.
Collaboration work closely with internal teams (e.g., Service, Inside Sales, etc.) to align on Account details, individual objectives, and long-term business success.
Contractual Oversight ensure that contractual changes are processed correctly, in a timely fashion, and accurately tracked within our internal billing system.
Client Feedback gather, analyze, and record customer feedback to inform product and process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Data Tracking / Reporting input client conversation details, insights, trends, renewal metrics and all relevant data points into CRM to predict and mitigate flight risks through continuous improvement.
Wealth Solutions Knowledge assist with contract- and pricing-related tasks for other products within the Wealth Solutions portfolio including but not limited to CRM and Trust.
What You Will Bring :
Proven track record of learning, understanding, and applying complex concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly convey complex information in hostile situations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a firm understanding of general selling principles
An innate desire to achieve success and perform above expectations on a daily basis
Demonstrating an ability to remain calm and empathize with clients to build rapport while identifying opportunities to drive retention and revenue
Superb time management skills with an ability to operate independently with decisive action
Solid understanding of the independent wealth management industry landscape including trends, client objectives / motivations, and competitors
Proficiency with basic math, algebra, investments, and technical tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Preferably a minimum of four years in a client-facing or B2B sales role with successful performance measurement / reviews
Bachelor's degree in business or economics with an MBA preferred
