Your New Role

As the HVAC Service Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas, you’ll be the frontline coach shaping the day-to-day and long-term success of our HVAC service team. You won’t just manage, you’ll lead from the front, shoulder-to-shoulder with your techs. Expect to :

Coach & Develop : Lead by example. Build, mentor, and train a high-performance service team.

Drive Performance : Set the tone for efficiency, quality, and professionalism every day.

Operational Leadership : Oversee fleet readiness, equipment, inventory, and safety protocols.

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or service experience (preferred)

Proven leadership experience managing and coaching technician teams

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and insurability

Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical manuals

Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, GPS, and service software

Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
