CSI Professional is actively seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is Central Florida's leading provider of Trauma and Emergency Care!
Location : Orlando, Fl 32806
Pay : $19-24
Contract-to-Hire
Setting : Hospital / Clinical
Requirements : Health Screenings
Ideal Candidate :
He / she will be a forward thinker, detail oriented and empowered to positively influence people and processes.
Specific tasks include :
- Manage the onboarding task for 30 people weekly
- Gather and review incoming client legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Run and monitor backgrounds via Sterling, licensing, documentation, assessments
- Communicate results to management
- Act as the liaison between the recruitment team and finalizing the hiring process in the ATS system
- Motivate candidates to complete steps promptly
- Provide administrative support to external and internal employe
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of onboarding experience
- Knowledge of the Sterling System
- High volume onboarding expierence
- Due to the clinical setting all employees much complete the following :
- Flu Vaccine / or Declination
- MMR Titer
- Varicella Titer
- TB Blood Test
