Position : Human Resources Coordinator

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Director and provides data and contracting support including resume filtering, file maintenance, and reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain employee database and help to arrange interviews.
  • Prepare employee forms and contracts for signatures.
  • Ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR data-related projects and initiatives.
  • Support HR team members and serve as a backup for recruitment.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of human resource experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent relationship building and management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on the quality of work.
  • Can work in the early evening and on weekends.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
