Job Title : Capital Markets Business Analyst
Duration : 18 Month W2 Contract
Location : Charlotte, NC
Required Pay Scale : $55-$65 / hour

1. 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and / or Requirements documentation
2. 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions for Capital Markets.
3. 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions in an Agile Environment

Job Description :
- Candidate will be a member of a team of business analysts, developers, testers and scrum masters.
- Candidate must have experience as a Capital Markets Business Analysis and Requirements documentation.
- Candidate will support solution development for the following groups involved in the trade lifecycle :
o Front office
o Middle office
o Finance
o Operations
o Regulatory and Operational Compliance
o Risk (market, credit, capital, liquidity, etc)
Candidate would have hands on experience delivering solutions for :
o Interest Rate Derivatives
o Foreign Exchange Derivatives
o Futures
o Bonds and Securities
o Secured and Unsecured Money Market Instruments
o Loans
- Candidate must have experience as a working member of an agile software development team
- Candidate must have experience working with teams in geographically diverse locations
- Candidate must have knowledge on balance sheet and income statements
- Candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with Python, Java, Angular2 and like solutions and have experience with these environments as well.
- Candidate must have good communication skills and experience working in a cross functional organization.
