As a Team Lead, you are a :
Teacher! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule .
- Communicator! Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
- Mentor! Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
- Leader! Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his / her absence, including opening and closing the school.
- Expert! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have :
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
- The ability to meet state and / or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Job Duties Plans, organizes, and directs overall clinical operations to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines Develops and implements nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to maintain quality care and compliance Ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts Oversee and evaluate nursing personnel Ensure compliance in all areas, including in documentation and resident care plans Qualifications At least two years of experience as a DON in a long-term care setting Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Strong computer literacy and competency skills Up-to-date clinical compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits Weekly
