We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our payroll department as a full-time Sr.
Payroll Specialist located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment but also excels working at an individual level.
Location : Utah, USA. Hybrid / In-person options available
Pay : $60k+

Responsibilities include :
Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies
Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits and garnishments
Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses
Oversee payroll transactions
Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records
Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes
Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year
Report to management on payroll issues and changes
Answer employees’ questions about salaries and tax
Stay up-to-date on state and federal payroll and tax laws
Tax set up for new areas
Required Skills :
5+ years of payroll experience
Multi-state payroll experience
Experience using Workday
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Sum If)
Excellent verbal & written skills
Thrives in a team environment
Preferred Skills :
Strong organizational, analytical abilities
