Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant will include : -Manage customer invoicing processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and resolve collection issues.-Act as a liaison for order processing, including invoicing and shipping.
- Assist with monthly financial closings and balance sheet reconciliations.-Support RMA processes for customer returns and related accounting tasks.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ADHOC tasks.-Monitor and process employee expense reports.-Drive continuous improvement in finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.-Support internal and external audit requirements.-Implement technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications of the Staff Accountant : -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.-Experience with export regulations is a plus.-Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.-Experience in multi-location environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Epicor / Kinetic or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
