The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI / ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance.

It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

Responsibilities : Software Development

Software Development

• Perform technical aspects of software development
• Function as a leader on a software engineering team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)
• Lead code reviews and automated testing
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation
• Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Automate deployments in test or production environments
• Automatically scale applications based on demand projections
• Adhere to security and regulatory standard processes

Leadership :

• Demonstrate increased self-reliance to achieve team goals
• Influence team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo and demonstrating risk taking
• Be a productivity multiplier for your team by analyzing your work flow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.
• Mentor and guide success within the team

Must have qualifications / skills :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript Object Model.
• Experience in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience in popular React.js workflows like Redux and Flux.
• Experience in JEST, Enzyme for Unit Testing.
• Experience with HTML and CSS and its preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
• Good Knowledge of JS design patterns and ES6 and Typescript.
• Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
• Deals well with ambiguous / under-defined problems; Ability to think abstractly.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software.
• Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation and effective communication

Good to have qualifications / skills

• Experience in NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM.
• Good Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of GIT / SVN.
• Experience in Cloud technology.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, message queuing, and relational / XML databases is a plus.
• Experience in distributed performance tools Strong Experience in SQL / NoSQL Databases is a plus.
• Experience using CI / CD tool chain automation such as building a Jenkins Pipeline.
• Knowledge of web security and encryption technology.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
