Job Summary :
Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a entry level full-time Development Employee Engagement and Event Coordinator.
The Development Coordinator will be responsible for Volunteers, Events, and Employee Engagement.
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
- Manage and Coordinate Employee Engagement for the organization
- Work with the Committee to reward and recognize employees
- Events Coordinating for the facility
- Vendor Relations
- Assist with Marketing as needed
- Work with outside consultants on developing all marketing materials for Holy Angels
- Manage the Holy Angels’ accounts, develop and maintain relationships with all social media outlets
- Manage communications, learn and utilize reporting in designated computer systems
- Sends out updates, letters, and invitations
- Assist with tracking and recording metrics
- Assist with writing projects which would include newsletter, funding update letters, foundation, proposals, and press releases.
Qualifications :
- Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
- Previous experience working in similar position 5 years preferred
Education :
Bachelors in marketing, public relations or related field required
Work Environment :
- Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Candidate should be a self-starter and motivated by working in the Non-profit sector
Physical Demands :
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2 / 3’s of the time
