Parsons was recently awarded a third 5-year contract to continue our services to NNSA. You will be part of a diverse and engaged team continuing our services for NNSA at Los Alamos to support a project portfolio of more than $6 billion that includes infrastructure upgrades and the design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of projects supporting the Nation’s Nuclear Security Enterprise.
Parsons is planning a new tasking to support the NNSA Los Alamos Field Office on a five (5) year effort to provide effective Federal oversight of minor construction projects at Los Alamos.
Work scope is anticipated to start in March 2023. It is estimated that minor construction projects at Los Alamos will total between $25M and $90M per year, with individual projects typically valued $1M to $25M.
As the Owner’s Representative for the NNSA Federal Team, candidates will monitor and report construction progress as well as identify risks and actions to mitigate risk to schedule and cost performance.
Parsons is searching for motivated candidates for multiple assignments in Los Alamos who would like to expand their experience while engaging in these capabilities :
- Construction Oversight Supervisor to oversee minor construction and to ensure appropriate construction oversight through use of the construction assessors
- Construction Assessor with experience in civil, structural, and architectural design and construction
- Construction Assessor with experience in mechanical, electrical, and process design and construction
US Citizenship is required. Active security clearance is preferred.
This is a dedicated on-site position for small projects at LANL. Your expertise will be invaluable to priority missions supporting the Nations’ Nuclear Security Enterprise.

Salary Range :
