This position is responsible for servicing existing Barnum P&C clients. There are opportunities for career advancement, in addition to hands-on training to facilitate your growth & knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.
Job Duties
- Answer phone for P&C servicing calls
- Assist clients with policy changes on a variety of different P&C products
- Answer billing questions and process payments
- Process mortgage change requests
- Add / replace vehicles & drivers on auto policies
- Run carrier reports for policy updates
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred
- Prior agency management system experience preferred, EZLynx experience ideal
- Client-first attitude
- Professional and service-oriented phone etiquette
- Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, advisors, carriers, and leaders
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with and proactively contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to use discretion and maintain client confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
