Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Paralegal located in Greater Orlando. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and legal teams, research, and document review as part of corporate law, and other legal matters.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in legal research
- Knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Certification as a paralegal is a plus
