Responsibilities :
- Be the friendly face of our company by answering phones professionally, greeting visitors, and handling incoming mail delivery.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including a variety of clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Operate our telephone console efficiently, routing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee index
- Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and schedule appointments.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must!
- Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Ability to handle hcall volume and route inquiries efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with a telephone console system a plus.
- Ability to handle incoming and outbound mail with accuracy and efficiency.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a willingness to learn are essential.
