We are looking for Experienced eCommerce Brand Managers that share our vision and customer service to our clients. That have experience working with multiple brands through their Agency experience and can see the value of what we have to offer brands through our unique model.

This is for a local candidate that can work Hybrid in our Anaheim Headquarters Tuesday-Thursday.

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.

They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. The Brand Manager will play an ownership role in strategic planning and execution of the go-to market strategy for several of Phelps United managed brands.

Primary responsibilities include developing strategy and running daily operations for an assigned set of clients. This is a base plus bonus / commission opportunity and can lead to over 6 figures for the right candidate and person.

Base start between $65k-$75K.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
  • Propose, develop and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to market approach.
  • Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent with our website.
  • Measure and report on category / item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance.
  • Oversee marketplace management, digital marketing operations, and digital platform operations.
  • Maintain accurate catalog of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals.
  • Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A / B testing.
  • Forecasting of annual sales and management of inventory planning & replenishment.
  • Identify and execute the marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display ads.
  • Partner with Digital Advisor, Client Sales, Creative Development, and Support departments on launch successes including merchandising, performance management, etc.
  • Perform market research; Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and other various data including, but not limited to sales trend, conversion rates, and return trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a brand management role within retail; E-Commerce experience highly preferred; Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central Experience is ideal!
  • Proven skills developing brick and mortar selling strategies, online digital strategies, excellent understanding of web technologies, exposure and passion for social media, SEM / SEO, digital content, and performance display.
  • Experience launching online products.
  • Agency experience working with multiple brands.
  • Business and technical expertise including experience-driving operations in a retail and eCommerce business with emphasis on metrics.
