Key Responsibilities :
- Deal Sourcing and Execution :
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals.
- Portfolio Management :
- Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with management teams to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Market Research :
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Develop insights and recommendations to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Team Leadership and Development :
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates and analysts.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on various projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of private equity deal structures, due diligence processes, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
