Posting SummaryRutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Behavior Technician (Outreach) for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP).
The Behavior Technician implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies to support successful outcomes for children with autism across the areas of skill acquisition and / or behavior reduction in home-based settings.
Among the key duties of this position are the following : Collects, interprets and, with oversight from the board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), analyzes behavioral data.
Contributes to the development of behavior analytic instructional programming under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

Certification as an RBT will be required within 30 days of start date.Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle to travel to client's home.
Preferred QualificationsAt least 6 months of prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in an ABA setting is preferred.
