Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling any legal HR matters.
- Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage performance management programs, including evaluations and feedback systems.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Guide management on HR-related decisions and organizational development.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.Professional level fluency in Korean and EnglishIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Nice-to-Have Skills
