We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the organization.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for education administration and leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and program coordination.
- Educate and mentor staff members to enhance their professional development.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams towards success.
- Daycare experience : 5 years (Preferred).
- Director or Assistant Director experience : 1 year (Preferred).
- CPR Certification (Preferred).
- Ability to commute to Cincinnati, OH 45205 (Required).
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : $17.18 - $18.15 per hour
Expected hours : 25 40 per week
