The Role in Brief :

Two Ocean Education Partners seeks bright, talented, and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Operations team, which serves colleges and universities nationwide.

You will be a critical contributor to a fast-growing education technology and performance marketing company and have the unique benefit of joining a mission-driven and collaborative team of deeply experienced professionals on the ground level.

As an essential member of the cross-functional team, the Project Manager collaborates with marketing, creative, and client success teams to support the successful execution and quality assurance of performance marketing campaigns and internal initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet rigorous quality standards, contributing to the exceptional service and value our partners receive.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage small-to-medium scale projects, including planning, executing and monitoring project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional projects or phases of larger projects based on defined priorities, ensuring alignment, timelines are met, and risks and issues are identified and mitigated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and deliverables, and set expectations, including marketing strategy, creative, engineering, and web development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Maintain project and quality assurance (QA) documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure project deliverables and marketing deployments meet quality standards and project objectives.
  • Execute QA tests for marketing deployments, including emails, SMS, webpages, and digital ads.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business and QA processes and implement best practices
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and communicate project status updates.
  • Aggregate updates from stakeholders, generating reports, dashboards, and high-level summaries for leadership teams.
  • Build trust and good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience in project management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Resourceful, self-sufficient, effective problem solver and troubleshooter, even in the face of ambiguity.
  • Innate desire to innovate, relishes in being flexible, and has the desire to grow and adapt daily, especially with several projects running simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and partnership skills, essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate tasks, motivate and encourage the team to complete a project.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience :

  • Analytically driven and experienced in an early-stage growth business.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management software (Monday.com is a plus!).
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
