What You Will Do As a Solutions Architect?

• Support account managers and customers by providing technical expertise in at least one technology : Networking, Cyber Security, Data Center / Cloud
• Use expertise and experience to build solutions that meet and / or exceed requirements that include product and implementation services.
• Deliver and present solutions to our customers.
• Work with the implementation and PMO teams to ensure a smooth project transition.
• Develop and foster relationships with customers to ensure ANM is viewed as their go-to strategic partner.
• Develop and foster relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other key partners
• Strong focus on R&S with good understanding of wireless, security & data center.
• Development of Statements of Work and professional services quotes.
• Support other Solution Architects and Systems Engineers as needed.
• Promote a team environment with a positive attitude.

Required Education, Technical Skills and / or Experience :

• Cisco Certification (CCNP or CCIE preferred).
• Five (5) years of implementation and design experience.
• Pre-sales engineering experience with a value-added reseller (VAR) strongly preferred.
• Experience in other technologies (security, wireless, data networking, VMware, data center storage, cloud) is a huge plus.
• Strong documentation skills, including diagramming network topologies using Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and technical sales skills.
• Strong personality and presence with the ability to own and drive the conversation with the customers.

Travel :

Travel may be required for this role. Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
