HCM Report Developer
JobSummary : We are seeking twohighly qualified Oracle HCM Reports Developers with proficiency inBI Publisher and OTBI. The successful candidates will beresponsible for developing and maintaining reports to meet thebusiness needs.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand maintain reports using Oracle HCM BI Publisher andOTBI.
- Collaboratewith business users to gather and document reportingrequirements.
- Troubleshootand resolve issues related to report development andusage.
- Ensurethe performance quality and responsiveness of thereports.
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to define design and implement newreportfunctionalities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
- Provenexperience as an Oracle HCM ReportsDeveloper.
- Proficiencyin BI Publisher andOTBI.
- Strongunderstanding of Oracle HCMmodules.
- Excellentproblemsolvingskills.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
