Job Title : Account Executive
Location : Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities :
- Join a dynamic team focused on selling office technology / equipment to local clients in the Austin area.
- Manage a designated geographical territory, capitalizing on business development opportunities.
- Conduct research, cold calling, and relationship-building to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
- Present product offerings professionally and persuasively.
- Embrace a feedback-driven culture to continuously develop professionally through daily team training.
Qualifications :
- Open to entry-level candidates or those with some sales or account management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Classic sales presentation requirements, including professional attire and grooming.
Commission Structure :
- 50% commission off gross profit per individual sale.
- Manufacturer bonuses per sale, ranging from $500 to $2,000.
- Residual commission on lease renewals (common for printer / copier / scanner leases).
- Example : If Smart Office purchases a copier for $5K and you sell it for a $10K 2-year lease :
- Company profit : $5K
- Your commission (50% of profit) : $2,500
- Manufacturer bonus : $1,000
- Client renews for another $6K lease :
- Pure profit for Smart Office
- Your commission (50% of profit) : $3K
- Total earnings from this sale : $6,500
Compensation :
