Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage strategic accounts toachieve individual and team salestargets.
  • Foster strong relationships with keyclients understanding their needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
  • Identify new business opportunitieswithin existing accounts to maximize revenuegrowth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure client satisfaction and successful projectdelivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed salesreports and forecasts to seniormanagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitor activities to maintain a competitiveedge.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements tosecure longterm partnerships.
  • Provideexceptional customer service and resolve any issues that mayarise.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or arelated field.
  • Proven experience in salesaccount management or a related role.
  • Strongtrack record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strongclient relationships.
  • Proficient in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup andadapting to the Pacific time zone.

In the first 30 daysexpectations :

  • Acclimate to the companys culture and businessoperations.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review ofcurrent client accounts and salesstrategies.
  • Meet with key clients to understandtheir needs and build relationships.
  • Begindeveloping a strategic sales plan.

In the next 60 daysexpectations :

  • Startimplementing shortterm salesinitiatives.
  • Establish key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure saleseffectiveness.
  • Foster relationships withinternal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifyopportunities for upselling and crossselling within existingaccounts.

In the following 90 daysexpectations :

  • Roll outsignificant sales initiatives aligned with the strategicplan.
  • Monitor the progress of sales projectsand adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure all salesoperations comply with regulatoryrequirements.
  • Present a detailed report onsales advancements and future plans to seniormanagement.
