Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator at American Financial Mortgage Services, Inc. located in Schaumburg, IL.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating mortgages, and providing financing solutions to clients.
This role requires expertise in mortgage lending, loan origination, and finance.
State Licenses :
IL, CA, FL, TX, CO, IN, MI, PA, AZ
We Provide LEADS!
- Inbound Leads : Constant and steady source of inbound calls, emails and internet leads of clients wanting to purchase or refinance!
- Outbound Leads : Qualified leads to cold call.
Compensation :
- 57% of self generated deals
- 32% of house leads
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- NMLS license is preferred
