Business Development Center Sales Associate Needed for Busy Dealership

Bowser Automotive Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to apply for the the Business Development Representative role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle, handling inquiries through both our website and inbound phone calls.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to engage with potential customers, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong connections and addressing their needs.
• Facilitate the scheduling of appointments with our sales managers, ensuring customers receive personalized attention and enhancing their purchasing experience.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features and specifications, using strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Consistently meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics to uphold and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Bowser's policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
