Join Our Cutting-Edge Research & Translational Medicine Team in Inflammation and Neurobiology!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Innovative Research, and drive preclinical studies. Conduct independent research on critical topics in inflammation, driving translational breakthroughs.
- Project Management : Manage projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of research initiatives to drive drug discovery progress and fostering productive external partnerships (with CROs, academic institutions, etc.).
- Publish & Present : Prepare comprehensive project reports and share your findings with the global scientific and biotech communities through publications in prestigious international journals and presentations in bio-related conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the chemistry, pharmacokinetics, and clinical development teams to ensure the integration of biology insights into drug development programs.
- Mentor & Collaborate : Guide and support a team of talented researchers, fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.
- Support the preparation of Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, including providing biological data, reports, and other documentation required for regulatory submissions.
- Support business development by providing scientific input for potential partnership discussions, licensing deals, and due diligence efforts for in-licensing or out-licensing opportunities.
What We're Looking For :
- Academic Excellence : Ph.D. in immunology, or inflammation-related fields. A track record of at least 2 publications in respected international journals is essential.
- Over 5 years' industry experience in biotech or biopharma is required.
- Global Perspective : Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are required. Candidates with overseas research experience will be given priority.
- Communication and management skills across internal functions and external organizations of business collaborators.
- Work in Shanghai R&D site for the first year (第一年需在上海工作).
