Billing Analyst

Kelly Service is seeking a Billing Analyst for a temporary project in North Canton, OH. In this position, you'll ensure accurate and timely invoicing, facilitate seamless payment processes, and provide customers with a top-notch experience.

Responsibilities :

• Enter high volumes of data accurately for billing validation.
• Review customer billing backlog and review entry and ensure numbers match, resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of billing or invoicing experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient / Intermediate in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Customer Account Administration (CAA) software is a plus
• 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday
• Payrate : $24.00 an hour
