SAP Functional & Automation Test Lead with Tosca Exp. (Remote)

Location : Portland, OR

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Integration experience between Solution manager, test management and automation tool is required.

Good experience working with CI / CD pipelines / administrative tasks related to Worksoft and managing azure platform overseeing upgrade processes along with testing.

Knowledge of supply chain management processes and their automation.

Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and database integration (MS SQL).

Certification on other tools (Ex : TOSCA) would be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.

Hands-on experience in automating processes on SAP S / 4HANA systems, with a focus on automating workflows, optimizing processes, and adhering to industry best practices for seamless system design and integration

Proficient in automation tools such as Worksoft along with handling product specific release upgrades along with vast experience on automating Web based applications.

Strong knowledge related to integration of Worksoft with SAP Solution Manager for automated TBOM creation and maintenance.

Understanding of CyberArk Integration methodology for interacting with automation platform in a secure manner.

Good experience of integrating Worksoft to run with open-source platform like python for challenging use cases.

Hands-on expertise in automating workflows for integration of Worksoft with quality center for repository maintenance in one platform.

Solid grasp of building automation frameworks, and testing strategies in an S / 4HANA ecosystem.

Proficient in managing business process procedure (BPP) platform for Worksoft and good experience with creating customized reports.

Proficient on managing Worksoft infrastructure services and setting up job agents on MS SQL databases for optimized data flow.

Experience in automating performance monitoring and optimization using tools like Dynatrace or New Relic for Service Now integration

Designing and managing CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure to manage automation environments.

Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., OTC) in S4 HANA Landscape and experience working on S4 HANA Service virtualization requirements.

Automation certifications such as Worksoft Certified Specialist are highly preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in automated processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

This role requires designing, implementing automation strategies along with handling tool specific administrative activities that improve our testing processes within the S4 HANA ecosystem.

You will lead projects focused on creating reusable frameworks and improving collaboration across teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Design and implement automation frameworks that integrate with S4 HANA GUI, Rest APIs, Fiori applications, and various supply chain processes, including Order to Cash.

Establish best practices and develop reusable components that serve as a foundation for automation testing, improving team efficiency.

Collaborate with multifunctional teams to assess vendor proposals during RFI and RFP processes, conducting detailed analyses to inform decision-making.

Manage full lifecycle of automation tools, setup and configuration along with test management and orchestrator

Oversee the upgrade process of the Worksoft product suite on Azure, performing testing and ensuring smooth integration with MS SQL databases and test management tools.

Use monitoring tools like New Relic to track application performance, implementing alerts to improve incident response and system reliability.

Automate workflows towards customized integration needs for achieving high quality automation business processes.

Create comprehensive test strategies and documentation for functional teams, focusing on automation benefits and project ROI.

Perform administrative activities towards managing Worksoft platform.

Mentored team members in automation best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration with teams.

Collaborate within team to draft testing strategy document that can be shared with capability teams.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $110,500 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
