This firm is a well-known name and top performer in the market. Following successes in the first half of 2024 they are looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join their team in Baltimore, MD.

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of commercial roofing installations and repairs, ensuring that strict adherence to safety regulations is maintained on-site.

Minimum requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience within the commercial roofing industry
- Past experience as a Construction Manager / Superintendent
- Strong understanding of common commercial roofing systems and materials
- Leadership skills to ensure successful and efficient production crews
- OSHA Certifications
