Job Description :

  • Ensure predictable and successful project delivery by providing a holistic view of the project to the organization and stakeholders.
  • Engage proactively in project planning activities, including :
  • Defining project scope and objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline / schedule with major milestones.
  • Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts.
  • Implementing mechanisms for ongoing project control (e.g., kick-off meetings, communication plans, risk management).
  • Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
  • Establish success criteria upfront to promote alignment and manage expected project outcomes effectively.
  • Keep all stakeholders (internal and external) engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and key stakeholders with necessary information to make timely decisions.
  • Navigate both formal and informal channels to get tasks accomplished and understand organizational culture.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of project management and / or relevant consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and project lifecycles.
  • Experience driving large scope projects with multiple interdependencies.
  • Proven experience in large-scale change efforts and change management.
  • Familiarity with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Willingness to travel 15-30% of the time.
