  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FINPL) - Pact strives for a world where all people are heard, capable, and vibrant. The Financial Planning & Analysis helps realize this objective by : Providing financial forecasting, analyses, and strategic oversight;

Position Overview

The Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for driving improvements in FP&A financial processes to ensure that all reports and analysis support the organizational strategy and operations.

The Senior Officer will also support the budget and forecasting process.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without the need of sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Drive improvements in FP&A financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Design and distribute accurate and timely internal financial reports and management dashboards, helping teams understand financial results of the organization and their projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to cost center owners and project leaders to support them in their organizational goals.
  • Support the annual budget process working with FP&A team to roll out all tools as needed and then working with cost center owners to ensure accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
  • On a quarterly basis, work with costs center owners on quarterly year-end forecasts
  • Support the work of country offices through strong relations with country office personnel, training on FP&A processes and procedures and providing financial analysis tools as needed.
  • Conducts analysis and create financial models as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including completing all compliance training topics by the deadline to satisfy each and receiving the corresponding acknowledgment statement that the training has been completed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

  • Master's degree with six (6) years work experience or bachelor's degree with at least eight (8+) years work experience
  • Experience with financial software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Demonstrated management experience and working across functional teams
  • Proven critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and cross cultural skills. Fluency in written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications

Experience overseeing and coordinating with international field offices preferred

The salary for this position is determined based on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to an individuals skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, as well as business needs and internal equity.

At Pact, employees are typically not hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are made based on the aforementioned circumstances.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-104,600.
